CGBD Dolphin Swims
 

Coast Guard Blue Dolphins feel swimming is an important skill for all children and adults which is why our instructors are not only trained in SwimAmerica but also SwimAngelfish. 

Armed with the Swim America and SwimAngelfish training, CGBD Dolphin Swims and Coast Guard Blue Dolphin Swim team coaches are able to assist swimmers of all abilities, including those with special needs.

Our staff is made of up teachers, physical therapists, and parents of children with special needs. All our instructors have many years of experience. We work with your family to achieve:

• Skill benchmarks in and out of the water

• Independent swimming for all swimmers

• Increased comfort underwater and on your back

• Swim skill progression

• Access, identify and implement strategies to overcome roadblocks

We offer private, small group, and swim team options.

As a nonprofit organization we pride ourselves in offering lessons to all swimmers. We are thrilled to award scholarships to local families in need of swim lessons for children diagnosed with a documented developmental disorder and/or autism.
