Day 2 and 3: Freestyle drills and breathing/Backstroke drills and breathing
Day 4 and 5: Breaststroke drills and breathing/ Fly stroke drills and breathing
Day 6: race strategies starts and turns
Session 1: April 16 to May 3
Session 2: May 6-23
