If you are transferring from another USA Swimming club team, please complete an athlete transfer form and scan/email it to [email protected]. For the form, our LSC code is "VA", our club code is "TIDE" and our club name is "TIDE Swimming". 

Some swimmers on government assistance will qualify for USA Swimming's Athlete Outreach Program. Read about it and download the program application here. 

Virginia Swimming helps athletes with the expenses of attending specific USA Swimming national level competitions. Athletes must submit an application to be considered for these funds. Read the Policies and Procedures to see which meets qualify. 

This form is helpful if you are sending your swimmer to a meet with another family. It gives the host family important swimmer medical and emergency contact information.
