Monday, January 18th is the Martin Luther King Holiday. Both pools are open and we will have our normal practices.
We will not have Saturday practice this week for 8 & Under, Bronze, Silver and Gold groups, January 16th due to the January Challenge Meet at Kamiak High School. Senior and HP groups will swim on Saturday as normal. Those groups are not attending the January Challenge and are instead attending the WA Open Meet the following weekend.

Congratulations to Sage Speak on making the 2010 PNS All Star Team. Sage will travel with the team and take part in a 4 way dual meet with teams from Oregon, and California. The meet will be held on Saturday January 9, 2010 and Sunday January 10, 2010 in Cerritos, California. The team will leave Seattle on Friday afternoon, January 8th and return late Sunday afternoon.
Wave will be on a holiday break from December 23-27. We will resume our normal practice schedule on Monday, December 28th.
