Congratulations to Sage Speak on making the 2010 PNS All Star Team. Sage will travel with the team and take part in a 4 way dual meet with teams from Oregon, and California. The meet will be held on Saturday January 9, 2010 and Sunday January 10, 2010 in Cerritos, California. The team will leave Seattle on Friday afternoon, January 8th and return late Sunday afternoon.
Wave will be on a holiday break from December 23-27. We will resume our normal practice schedule on Monday, December 28th.

Congratulations to all athletes who competed in the meet the weekend of December 11- 13th. This was a very fast meet, but many of our athletes stepped up to the challenge and posted best times.
