By Coach Agatha, On November 11 and 12, we hosted the Gators 12&Under LMR at Harry Jerome, marking our first hosted meet of the year. With 6 teams competing over two days, it was a successful turnout. Our swimmers achieved new LMR qualifiers and Divisional event qualifications, showcasing their great successes. The swim meet was run in a different format than usual, with prelims and finals swam on two of the three days. By Coach Agatha, On October 29th, our Gold, Silver, Youth B, and Alligator swimmers took part in the Hollyburn Hurricanes Developmental Swim Meet. This marked the start of the season and, for many of our participants, it was their very first swim meet. The team entered the event with enthusiasm and determination, and their efforts paid off with some impressive results, particularly in the 100IM. Sephora Lee, Melissa Zeng, Helen Shen, Alessandra Ysabelle Guzman, Janine Lee, Sophie Chan, Ryan Wang, Eugene Park, Kohen Lee, Nathan Lee, Ryan Man, and Freddy Ding represented Gators to compete with other six hundred athletes. By Karman Wong, On June. 25, 90 swimmers from Junior, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Alligator, Crocodile A/B/C, Gecko A/B/C, and Salamander A/B attending the 2023 Gators Year-End Club Time Trial at Templeton Park Pool.
