2025 Swim Alberta Provincial Trials

From March 7-9th earlier this spring, the Piranhas sent 14 swimmers down to Calgary for Swim Alberta's Provincial Trials.  We had a weekend of great racing with lots of success from every swimmer in attendance!

 

3 of our 14 swimmers used the opportunities provided to win an event and earn their place at Provincial Championships,  congrats to:

Aidan Peters for winning 200 FL and 100 FL.

Evan Kolosky for winning 200 FL.

Jaxon Nicoll for winning 400 IM.

 

Additionally, we had 1 Silver won by Ethan Dawson in 100 BR. Along with 5 Bronze medals won by Timothy Renooy in 400 IM, Mia Dingeldein and Johnny Carlson in 200 FL, Jaxon Nicoll in 800 FR and Annika Seely in 200 FR.  Finally, we had another 20 swims placing our athletes in the top 8 of their events.  Another big  congrats to all who competed and represented the Piranhas with some great swimming!
