The Pickering Swim Club is a not-for-profit organization guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of parent members and our Head Coach. The Board manages the club’s operations with support from coordinators and assistants in key roles.

Board meetings are usually held monthly, though dates may change. Any current member is welcome to request an invitation from the President to attend as a guest.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM), typically held in the spring, is open to all members—an opportunity to hear about the club’s progress and plans.

As a volunteer-run organization, responses to inquiries may take a little time, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
