volunteer & Officials Information

VOlunteer Request Forms:

All families must fill out a volunteer form, including swimmers who are volunteering. The form collects your availability and interests so we can match you with an appropriate role. We balance the needs of our officials—so they can continue to develop—with the operational needs of the meet. Please submit the form by the posted deadline.

Forms open: December 10, 2025
Forms close: January 8, 2026

We have two separate forms:

  • Officials – for deck roles like timers, stroke & turn judges, etc.

  • Off-deck – for roles like snack deck, setup, and take-down.

Note: The number of off-deck roles is limited, as our greatest need is for officials to run the meet.
