2026-27 Meet Host Bidding Process

An email was sent for the 2026-27 meet bidding process to MASI certified meet directors and 2025-26 host clubs . A few highlights are:

  • The 2026-27 final schedule will be presented for approval at the Annual Middle Atlantic Swimming House of Delegates on April 25, 2026
  • The overvew of the bid process

  • Middle Atlantic Swimming Meet Host Application
  • State Code Compliance Agreement
  • The forms are now fillable PDF files, but you must use the “save as” function in order to save the information you have filled in.
  • It is recommend for the Meet Host Application you save the form using the name club code followed by the name of the meet. Example: ZZAC Fall Classic 2026 You must fill out a Meet Host Application for each meet.
  • Each meet gets sent in a seperate email containing only the forms for that particular meet.
  • The forms must be filled in on the computer and submitted electronically via email, handwritten forms will not be accepted.
  • It is strongly recommended you print each form after it is filled out, this is a safeguard in case you need to scan the form to submit it, should you encounter a problem saving the form. Each form should be saved in a separate file.
  • The forms are due back to Mike Seip, at mikeseip@maswim.org by March 15, 2026.
