Middle Atlantic Swimming Announces Partnership with IntelliSport Analytics

We are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with IntelliSport Analytics, a leading sports intelligence and data-insights firm, to launch a comprehensive, yearlong initiative focused on elevating member experience, strengthening organizational identity, and improving competitive operations across the LSC.

Beginning this fall, MASI and IntelliSport will collaborate on a dual-initiative study designed to better understand how athletes, families, coaches, officials, and clubs experience Middle Atlantic Swimming both on the pool deck and within the organization as a whole. This work will include:

  • A full brand and identity review, gathering input from all member groups to help MASI better understand its values, perceptions, and opportunities for stronger engagement.

  • Real-time meet experience analysis, capturing feedback from more than 200 sanctioned meets over the next 12 months to identify best practices, operational challenges, and opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency.

With more than 11,500 athletes and 125 clubs across southern New Jersey, Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania, MASI is committed to ensuring that the organization continues to evolve in ways that reflect the needs and priorities of its membership.

This partnership represents an important step toward that commitment.

Throughout the project, MASI will share periodic updates with the community, highlighting insights, themes, and next steps as the initiative progresses. The findings from this work will help the organization shape long-term planning, refine its operational priorities, and enhance the overall competitive swimming experience within the LSC.
