The Inland Empire selects kids of all age-groups to represent them in a high-level region wide competition.  Swat sent 9 of the 40 swimmers that participated in the 2011 Western Zone Championships.  That is something to be very proud of.  One of the things about the Zones meet that I love is that feeling you get when you send kids away from home, away from their coaches, and they do you proud.  That is one thing the SWAT kids did in spades.  As a large portion of the IES Zones...

Waves 2nd Place @ Inland Empire Championships!!!   Champs was AWESOME!  After having a rough March championship meet, the swimmers and coaches were really ready to show what we were capable of doing.  From the first race to the last, we dominated the meet.  The Waves posted an impressive 82% best time ratio, which included 10 swimmers who aimed to peak last week at Senior Sectionals.  We placed 2nd as a team for the third straight year, brining 52 swimmers down to the meet, scoring 42 points per swimmer.  Tri-Cities,...

LET’S GO CHAMPS TEAM!  2011 Inland Empire Long Course Champs is this weekend in Pasco, WA.  We are fired up and ready to rock!  When we receive the timeline and psyche sheet from the meet host, they’ll be posted here.
