Declare/Commit Swimmers via SportsEngine

Swimmers who wish to attend a swim must declare/commit themselves through the SportsEngine website prior to the meets. Instructions on how to declare or commit are shown below. Declaring your participation early gives our coaches more time to determine relay teams and the individual events the swimmer should compete in.

The deadline for families to declare is typically the Tuesday preceding the meet.

In the event you committed to a meet, but are no longer able to attend, you can change your declaration online up until the registration deadline. Once the deadline has passed, please notify the Head Coach as soon as possible so that your swimmer can be removed from the meet roster. This step is of utmost importance if your swimmer was assigned any Relay Race. The Head Coach will need to remove your child from the relay team and find a replacement so that the team may participate in the race. Any Relay Team missing a swimmer on the day of the meet will forfeit that race.
