How to Provide Age and Residency Verification Documents
For IUSD Swimmers (Your child attends a school in the Irvine Unified School District):
- A copy of the Aeries Student Profile page from the IUSD parent portal. Please ensure that the swimmer's name, home address, date of birth, school, and parents name(s) are visible. The Aeries Student Profile will be sufficient to verify both the swimmer's age and Stonegate residency.
- Instructions for the Aeries Student Profile page can be found here.
For Non-IUSD Swimmers (Your child does not attend a school in the Irvine Unified School District):
- Proof of Age: A copy of either a valid Birth Certificate, Passport, Passport ID Card, Driver's License, or DMV ID Card
- Residency Verification: A copy of 2 different forms of Stonegate residency verification (see examples below)
Acceptable residency verification documents (must be current and must be in English): electric bill, gas bill, water bill, cable bill, official property tax form, official income tax document, waste management bill, payroll stub, social services document. The documents must include the same parent last name as the swimmer or you must include a Birth Certificate showing a connection between the parent name and the swimmer.
If the parent/guardian is a renter and does not pay utilities because it is included in the rent, we will need a letter from the lessor and/or a copy of the rental agreement stating that utilities are included.
Please note that documents that are not in English must be translated by an official third party entity/business (not a friend/family member or other person in an unofficial capacity).
