* A non-refundable SportsEngine credit card transaction fee will be added at checkout for all registrations.
** Families with swimmers 13-18 yo and swimmer coaches will not receive additional sibling discounts since their registration fees are already deeply discounted.
- Each registered swimmer will receive a team t-shirt and team swim cap.
- Team Registration Fee: Stonegate Seahawks Swim Team is a 100% volunteer-run organization. We rely on registration fees as our primary source of funding. These fees cover the cost of coaches' salaries (including payroll taxes), equipment purchase and maintenance, team supplies, Fun Thursday activities for all swimmers, and other team expenses over the course of 10 weeks. Regardless of the number of swimmers, once the team is committed to a season, our expenses remain constant.
- ISL Fee: Irvine Swim League charges a per-swimmer fee to cover their expenses, such as liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance and other operating costs for the league. The team does not keep the $60 ISL fee.
- Capital Improvement Fee: The Stonegate Seahawks will continue to implement a capital improvement fee of $50 per family for 2025. The purpose of this fee is to fund the pool retrofit project at Mockingbird Pool, which will directly benefit our swim team and be exclusively utilized for the team's needs.
