SAFETY POSTER CONTEST FINALIST Kuba Wolf, age 12, from Karishim Swim Club (KASC) was a finalist in the Safety Poster Contest organized by USA Swimming. His poster was selected as one of the top 10 to be voted on by the delegates at the USA-S Convention last week in North Carolina. Thank you, Kuba, for representing NE Swimming in this effort to publicize safety in our sport!

2012 MARY T. RIDDELL SCHOLARSHIP CONNOR DALY Connor Daly, BYB, was recently awarded the New England Swimming Mary T. Riddell scholarship. Connor was selected this year from a varied and worthy group of applicants. As a member of the Burbank Y Bluefins, Connor also swam for his High School team, Reading Memorial. He has volunteered for almost four years with EMARC (East Middlesex Association for Retarded Citizens) and has helped coach many on his team to win multiple medals at the Special Olympics.
