Upper Dublin Cardinal Invite ~ December 20, 2025

  • Meet Announcement updated 12-15-25 
    • The boys will be going first this year with a warm-up 8:00 AM and a 9:30 AM start. The girls session warm jp 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM start.  We want to follow the same kind of schedule as Districts and States necessitated the change.​
    • Admission to this event is $5 for adults and $2 for students. 
    • The concession stand will be available.  Water is the only food item allowed on deck or in the balcony. 
      ALL other beverages and food must be consumed in the athletic complex lobby and are NOT permitted on the pool deck or in the stands.
    • Breaks during meet
      10 minutes after 50 free
      5 minutes after 100 fly
      10 minutes after 200 free relay
      10 minutes after 100 breast

  • Spectators Limited to TWO (2) Per Swimmer – In light of Northern’s limited natatorium bleacher seating, the availability of the YouTube livestream and Northern’s objective of keeping all athletes, coaches and spectators as safe as possible during the coronavirus pandemic, the number of spectators this year is limited to TWO (2) per Plunge swimmer. Northern is counting on coaches to manage your team total spectator attendance to an average of two people per Plunge swimmer. Spectators are also asked that when their swimmers are not competing to please temporarily move to the Gym Lobby to make room in the bleachers for other spectators who have someone competing. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
