Caught You Being Good recognition for any swimmer who is witnessed going above and beyond what is expected.

Home or Away Swim Meets

 

Who:

Any Wave swimmer in any Training Group

 

Why:

It is important to our club to recognize swimmers for things other than their performance. Excelling in sports isn't solely about winning, athleticism or time cuts. We want to positively reinforce the actions of those going above and beyond.

 

How:

Coaching staff will award swimmers with the Caught You Being Good chain, take a picture, and swimmers will be recognized on our social media platforms and with a certificate.
