-What is the difference between sectionals and zones?
Sectionals is the championship meet during the Short Course season. Each team sends its own swimmers and is responsible for them.
Zones is the championship meet during the Long Course season. Each qualified swimmer can swim with team Montana. Montana sends all of its swimmers together as one team, and coaches are elected at the state H.O.D. meeting. This is a great opportunity for the kids to get to know and become friends with other swimmers around the state.
