REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
(all can be purchased from our Peak Store)
Having all your equipment can make or break your workout. Here is a list of supplies that you are required to bring:

Practice swimsuit: one piece for girls/jammer, dragsuit, and/or brief suits
Swim Cap: is required for girls and is optional for boys.
Goggles: (2 pair is an excellent idea so you always have a backup pair).
Water Bottle: swimmers need to stay hydrated throughout their workouts! **Anyone showing up without a water bottle will not be allowed to practice**
Healthy Snack: to eat before and after practice! (Swimming is hard work!)
Padlock: for locker.
Personal Hygiene Items: Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, and body lotion for after practice.
Swim Bag: to keep all your items in.

Swimmer’s should write their NAMES on all items – even swim suits! Swimmers should not leave personal property in locker rooms over night, but should take items home![]()
