Core, Strength, & Dryland Activities
Senior Group- Monday and Wednesday mornings (6:00-7:00 am) they will be doing strength and agility training with trainer Lisa Badger or Don Johnson. Wednesdays from 3:45-5:00 they will do yoga or dryland activities with one of the Coaches.
Gold Group- Will have dryland mixed into their practices and Wednesday 3:45-5:00 with the Senior group doing yoga or dryland activities.
Silver-Mini Waves- Activities will be planned by the coaches individually and mixed in with normal practices.
