Locker Room Rules

Use of locker rooms is a PRIVILEGE and can be taken away at any time.  Swimmers must make every effort to adhere to the following guidelines while using the locker rooms:

  • Appropriate voice levels.

  • Appropriate behavior & discussions.
  • Unkind words or actions to fellow swimmers or club members will be cause for immediate removal of locker room privileges.
  • Lockers may be used with a lock. If you don't have a lock, storing gym bags out on deck is preferred.
  • Clean up after yourself!  Towels must be returned to the front desk. Make sure you have all your gear before you leave.
  • Report any unacceptable behavior of other swimmers to coaches: this helps us difuse a situation before members complain to the director (it is not taddling, it is proactive for protecting the team).
  • You must be 14 Years or Older to use the main Men’s or Woman’s locker room.
  • 13 Years and Under must use the Junior Locker Rooms.
  • IF ANY of the locker rooms are left untidy (towels, using floors as a toilet area, etc) or showers are abused, (spraying the locker room) parents will be asked to monitor their swimmers in these changing rooms.

***Swimmers are EXPECTED to be on their best behavior as a representative for our team, this includes not only showing proper behaviors and talk, but also keeping the locker room areas clean, removing all items, and returning used Peak towels to the service desk. Be a good role model for others!***
