14U Championships & Winter Jr. Nationals 2025 BISC placed 9th out of 23 teams and was the top team among teams with less than 130 swimmers on their team rosters at the 14U PN SC Championships held at KCAC in Federal Way. We were able to achieve this because of our relays (relays score double points!) and the fact that a majority of our swimmers earned second swims at finals. Our commitment to the process of swimming fast, showed. Our 10U swimmers shined. Placing top 16 and earning points were...

KCAC had ample room for spectators & swimmers with the 8U swimmers taking on a new challenge of starting their races on the bulkhead which they handled like pros. The meet host did a fantastic job of staging the 8U swimmers before their races, which was...

Age Group Champs Re-Cap Age Group Champs for 12 & unders was also at WKCAC and lasted 3 full days with prelims & finals each day. Swimming personal best times in the morning sessions was the goal to create the best chance to make it back for finals to earn points for BISC. For every best time in the morning sessions, a post-it note went up on the wall and as our design on the wall grew so did our swimmer’s confidence and our team points. BISC, with only 18...
Senior Champs - BISC took 8th Place out of 33 Teams with only 17 athletes. This meet was brutally long. No break between prelims/finals and finish times as late as 9:15pm. You want to know why we train the way we do? So, we can SHOW UP on the last day of a 4-day meet and kill it. We did just that. We had an amazing start to this meet. Our distance crew swimming the 1500 and 800 Free Relays got us on the scoreboard with best times and great...
