USAS Registration refunds

Kentucky Swimming

USA Swimming will refund membership fees using the following guidelines:

  • Athlete or non-athlete refunds
    • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the transaction.
    • Refunds cannot be issued for prior registration years.
    • A request for an athlete to be changed to outreach membership with a refund for the difference between their current athlete fee and outreach can be requested at any time during the membership year from 9/1 - 8/31. Changes cannot be made for prior registration years.
    • Upgrade fees are non-refundable.
    • Life Membership Fees are non-refundable.
  • Club and Organization registration fees are non-refundable.
  • LMS (Education) Refund requests:
    • All refund requests must be received within 30 days from the purchase date.
    • No partial refunds if you have paid for the non-member price and should get the member price.
    • Bulk purchases are non-refundable o No refunds for any course that has been started. This includes if a series of courses was purchased, but one or more courses in the series have been started/ completed.
  • USA Swimming Foundation donations are non-refundable, and are 100% tax deductible.
