Coach Tammy sent out an email earlier this week with what to bring, what not to bring and what time to arrive

VOLUNTEERS-PLEASE CHECK YOUR TIMES. As stated in a previous email from Katerina, Times were estimates until we had all swimmer registrations in and better idea of when AM Session would start and PM Session would begin based on number of swimmers. Your ‘shift’ time may have adjusted.
For those of you who are picking up concessions, board members will be at the pool FRIDAY, MAY 6th to start set up starting at 5:30pm. Please drop items off between 5:30-7:00. If you can not make this time, please drop off 8:00 am Saturday.
SUMMER Session
We hope to finalize summer session hours by end of next week. DOLPHINS/SAILFISH: There will be a survey regarding times/dates at the meet. Please make sure you fill out.
CLOTHING ORDER
The clothing order has arrived from Simply Swimming. The clothing will be available during the Friday evening meet setup as well as at the meet on Saturday.
Unfortunately, the cap order was not completed for this weekend’s home meet due to minimum order requirements Simply Swimming has in place. However, the team does have latex caps available for those who are in need of a team cap. A refund was issued for those people who did order a cap during this last order. The intent is to open another order with Simply Swimming for personalized caps when the team submits an order for both silicone and latex caps that meet minimum that can be purchased through team.
COVID
COVID has surged and definitely effected the team. Just a reminder, to report in COVID positives to President, Jenny Touchet. We do follow the school’s policy of Day 1-5 quarantine, Day 6-10 masked (unable to do in pool) and unable to participate in sports.
