13&O State Championships & End of Year

Congratulations to Payton Flowers for an awesome 4 days of competition at the 13&O Wisconsin State Championships!

Payton placed 4th place in 50FR, 100FL,  and 50FR in the 13-14 category.

Then to top it off and mix it up, she took home 6th, and another Senior cut, in the 100FR.

 

Let’s increase our numbers at the meet next year!  And, it would be great to have a cheering section- our younger swimmers will be impressed with the power and times of the older swimmers.

 

Thanks to everyone for a successful summer session. Speaking for all of our coaches, we are so proud of the training that our swimmers do and of their teamwork and sportsmanship.  A special thanks to our PF/SR swimmers who trained with Dmitriy and Payton this past week as they prepared for championship meets. Dmitriy and Payton will be representing Team Wisconsin and DFAC at Central Zones this week:)  

 

A big thank you to all of our coaches - Cindy, Megan, Darya, and Ben- for their hard work this swim year. We are sad to see Coach Megan leave, but very excited for her new journey in Washington state!  And, thank you to our board of directors for all of their VOLUNTEER work - our team would not exist without their contributions.
