  • FALL REGISTRATION
    • If you are registering more than one child, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER THEM TOGETHER TO GET THE MULTI FAMILY DISCOUNT. 
    • Please make sure your swimmers t shirt size is accurate
    • For returning swimmers, we will hold off on processing registration if your swimmer is age 12 and over and you or they have yet to complete the Safe Sport training.  There is an online version available September 8th.  If interested, please reach out to Beth ([email protected]) or Jenny ([email protected])
       
  • FALL SESSION START
    • Monday, September 12th will be start of fall session for NEW swimmers.  All new swimmers will meet 5:00pm-6:00pm regardless of group placement
    • September 12th will also be new parent night at 6:00pm where board will introduce themselves as well as the club.  SIMPLY SWIMMING WILL BE ON-SITE WITH MERCHANDISE AND AVAILABLE FOR SUIT FITTINGS AS WELL.
    • Tuesday, September 13th will be first day for Dolphins ONLY, no dryland (due to a 6:00 HS swim meet Sept 13th)
    • Wednesday, September 14th will be first day for remaining groups
       
  • ROCKY ROCOCO DINE FOR DOUGH NIGHT
    • Thursday, September 15th DFAC night at Rocky Rococo’s in Sun Prairie from 4pm-9pm.  12.5% of sales will come back to the club.  Vouchers were sent out to all active members via email earlier this week.  If you forget the voucher, make sure to let them know you are there for DFAC.
       
  • APPAREL/EQUIPMENT
    • This year, DFAC non swim apparel will be through Trending Now Promotions with a lot of cool options!  The online store has plans to be open Sept 11th-Sept 25th
    • Simply Swimming ‘DFAC online store’ also has plans to be open Sept 11th-Sept 25th.  We have partnered with TYR this year.  The team will receive a certificate in the amount of 10% of TYR sales for the previous year that can be used towards coaches’ gear and items for the swim team.
       
  • SILENT AUCTION
    • The board has begun the planning of a silent auction for October with planned end date of October 22nd (our fall home swim meet date).    We are excited about the number of items already brought in.  If you are able to provide a donation, please contact Mandy ([email protected])
