STOUGHTON MEET
DFAC had an OUTSTANDING showing in Stoughton last Saturday. It was awesome to see 30+ swimmers participate in an away meet. It was a great mix of ages along with new swimmers and veteran swimmers
HOME MEET/MEET QUESTIONS MEETING
Our fall home meet is quickly approaching!!! If you have yet to sign up for required volunteer position, please do so to avoid the $100 volunteer fee. Reminder the requirement is one volunteer PER swimmer even if your swimmer can not participate.We still have spots to be filled and several who have not met requirement or reached out. Katerina will be reaching out to those this coming week. Any questions regarding volunteering can be directed to Katerina ([email protected])
Members of the board will be presenting a ‘Meet-how to’ session on Monday, October 17th from 4:30-5:00 along with Tuesday, October 18th from 4:30-5:00. The sessions are intended for all new swim families to learn what to expect/do at a swim meet. The sessions will be at the pool on the 2nd floor in front of concessions.
FORT ATKINSON MEET (FAST)
Registration Deadline for the FAST Fort Atkinson meeting is October 16th. The meet is Saturday, November 12th. Apologies on the short notice but we were waiting on their meet info to be made available.
DFAC MERCHANDISE ORDERS HAS ARRIVED
We have received team shirts, Trending Now Promotions order (minus 3 backordered items), and Simply Swimming order (minus 5 backordered suits). You can pick up your items at high school pool entrance at the following times:
Monday, October 17th 5:00-5:30 (after ‘Meet Questions Meeting’)
Tuesday, October 18th 5:00-5:30 (after ‘Meet Questions Meeting’)
ALL swimmers participating in fall session get a team shirt

POOL CLOSURE/SEASON EXTENSION
Thank you to all members with their patience around the pool closure. To make up for the missed practice times, we will be extending fall session another week through December 2nd at no cost to our members. This means the December 3rd-4th BAC meet will be part of fall session rather than winter session
