Swimmers should wear team suit to meet. If you are new to club and have yet to receive suit, please wear practice suit. For boys-jammers or speedo. For girls-suit that does not have any ties, bows, etc. also can not extend past shoulders.

HOME MEET
Our home meet is next Saturday, May 13th
Stacie is determining start time and estimated end time based on number of entrants. Volunteer times will be updated, please check for updated assigned times prior to the meet.
We are still need of a couple volunteers in the afternoon if anyone has extra availability
Concession email was sent last week, some items are still needed. If able to bring any items, please sign up! The club can reimburse you if you submit your receipts.

Verona meet is Friday, May 19th & Saturday, May 20th. Registration Deadline is TODAY May 5th
BAC MEET
The BAC meet June 2nd-4th is for swimmers with qualifying state cuts. All swimmers with cuts were reached out to individually and those interested are registered.
MEET DIRECTOR-Andrea Farladhzov
The board is excited to announce Andrea Farladhzov has joined us in the role of meet director. Her son Tate was recently moved up to our performance/senior group. Andrea and Stacie will be using the May and June meet to transition duties. THANK YOU ANDREA FOR STEPPING UP!!!

SUMMER SESSION
Registration for Summer Session will open sometime next week.
Summer Session will run June 5th through Friday, July 21st (with additional week of tapering for 13 & over heading to state)
Summer home meet will be first week of summer session, Friday, June 9th. There will be a quick turnaround after the May meet. Expect to see volunteer sign up for June meet in very near future.
Group practice times for Summer Session will remain the same as Spring Session. The only change is Sailfish will be cut down to 4 days/week (no Wednesday) rather than 5 days.
We have several away summer meets outside of Dane Co. Next week in Happenings newsletter we will start laying out hotel booking options for those meets.
