AUGUST SWIM
We will be offering 3 weeks of drop in swimming Tues-Thurs 6:00-7:30 August 1st-17th. Registration coming soon!!!
FARMERS MARKET-AUGUST 1st
DFAC will be at Deforest Farmers Market August 1st! We will be selling root beer floats, team croc charms, and remaining Pura Vida bracelets. More details to come if interested in donating product or volunteering at market!
SUMMER CLUB PICNIC
We will be having a club picnic in August! We are finalizing date and will create an event in Team Unify.
FALL SESSION
Know of anyone interested in joining DFAC? We will have fall placement Mondays July 31st and August 7th @ 5:30. Please direct anyone interested to the sign up on our website. New Swimmer Placement (gomotionapp.com)
We are finalizing Fall schedule and opening registration end of month. Fall session will begin Monday, September 11th.
BOARD UPDATE
There has movement on the board of directors! Abby Bare has moved into the vice president position while Mandy Lothe has moved over to the fundraising position. The co-treasurer position is currently vacant. The decision was made the fundraising position was crucial so a shift was needed. The co-treasurer duties were divided up and position will remain vacant until next member meeting. Per our by-laws, both Mandy and Abby will need to be voted into new positions by all member at member meeting in March if they would like to remain in the position. We will fully transition to new roles by start of fall session.
