- For our new swimmers, the heat sheet will tell you what heat, event, and lanes you are in. It will also list any relays. There are 38 swimmers participating so plenty of new and old swimmers. If you have any questions, feel free to ask anyone in a DFAC shirt for help!

- Coach Jimmy will be starting with us Monday, October 9th. He will be training on deck on Mondays and Wednesdays.

- My name is Jimmy Zhao, and I juggle multiple roles in my life. I'm a father, a husband, a software engineer, a YouTuber, but above all, I'm a swimming coach. My fascination for swimming traces back to my earliest memories and continues to hold sway in my life today.
My professional journey in swimming started with a six-year stint in a competitive swimming team, and I've dedicated myself to coaching ever since. The sheer joy of sharing the magic of swimming with others is something I deeply cherish. Being a coach has provided me with the perfect platform to disseminate my love for this sport.
As a coach, there's nothing more gratifying than growing alongside my swimmers and playing an instrumental part in their aquatic journey. It's not just about teaching them to swim—it's about accompanying them on an unforgettable voyage through life's waters. I look forward to the exciting progress and achievements that lie ahead for your child in their aquatic endeavors. It is indeed an honor to be a part of their growth and development, and I truly appreciate the club’s confidence in my guidance.

- Tickets are currently on sale for 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming at Lucas Oil Stadium June 15-23, 2024. Take an unforgettable trip to the city made for events and see the nation's fastest swimmers compete for a spot on the 2024 U.S. Olympic Swimming Team heading to Paris.
