POOL CLOSURE
- Thank you all for your patience and flexibility with the pool closure.
- We plan on moving forward with starting summer session June 3^rd. The first two weeks (June 3^rd-June 14^th) practice will NOT be at the Deforest pool
  - Purple/Silver/Gold will be at the PAC (Prairie Athletic Club)
  - Senior 1&2 will be at Lodi
- We are finalizing the schedules for each pool and will send out to those registered by EOD 5/31. We realize school is still in session next week so 4:00 could be tight so looking to start at 4:30 at PAC. The schedules will be the same for both weeks 1 & 2.
- We will resume the published summer schedule at the Deforest Pool starting Monday, June 17^th. (cross all fingers and toes)
SUMMER REGISTRATION
- Registration is open. Please register by start of Summer Session June 3^rd.
  - Practice schedule can be found at DFAC Swimming - Summer Practice Schedule (gomotionapp.com)
  - PLEASE NOTE-SENIOR CROSS TRAINING OFFERING IS 3 SESSIONS/WEEK NOT 3 DAYS/WEEK. Attendance will be taken.

UPCOMING MEETS
- Please pay attention to emails for meet registrations to open and their deadlines
- 6/21-6/24: MSS Summer Splash-open to all swimmers (McFarland)
- 6/21-6/23: WGLO-Swimmers with qualifying times-coach to notify (Brown Deer)
- 6/28: HOME MEET-ALL summer sessions swimmers to participate, all parents required to volunteer.
HOTEL BLOCKS
- Hotel information for summer meets outside of Dane Co are now posted on our website (https://www.gomotionapp.com/team/widfac/page/events/meet-lodging). Please pay attention to the deadlines to book.
ITEMS FOR SALE
- Reminder! Items for sale are located on our facebook page. Just added was our remaining team shirts for $10!!
  - We only do the ‘shops’ through Simply Swimming and Trending now before fall and spring sessions.
FUNDRAISING UPDATES & OPPORTUNITIES
- DeForest Sports Complex - DFAC secured a spot during the June 7th weekend. Please sign-up for a volunteer slot through team unify. (same process used to sign-up for swim meets). WE STILL NEED GRILLERS-must be an adult. Through this opportunity, DFAC will earn 30% of the weekend sales!! This is an AMAZING opportunity to fundraise.
- Madison Mallards - Save the Date, Thursday, August 8th. All are invited to attend. Families will have the option to purchase Pepsi Pre-Game tickets with soda or beer. This option also includes free food before the game. DFAC will purchase tickets for the registered swimmers. Please save the date and watch for additional details to follow.
- Culvers Share Night - Save the Date - Wednesday, September 18th. Additional details to follow.
