TEXAS ROADHOUSE FUNDRAISER – MONDAY, MARCH 31st
Support DFAC by heading to Texas Roadhouse on 3/31. 10% of the total food purchases will go to DFAC. Make sure to present the flyer/mention you are there to dine with DFAC.
SPRING REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Spring registration is open through TOMORROW - March 29th . Don't forget to register your swimmer to participate in the spring session.

NEW SWIMMER ORIENTATION
If you have a new swimmer this spring, the first practice will be April 1st from 6-7 pm for new swimmer orientation. There will be a brief parent’s meeting to answer any questions you may have as well as go over expectations.
JUMP N’ JAM
Save the date! We will be having a Jump n’ Jam (music and open swim) for our swimmers April 6th from 4-5:30. DFAC will provide snacks. We could use a handful of volunteers to help manage the event. Please reach out if you can help.
MEET DIRECTOR – OPEN BOARD POSITION
The Meet Director is an essential role for DFAC. We need someone with a technology background (experience with Google would be preferred) and will be available to help with the technology side for our home meets (which is our largest source of revenue).

BOARD POSITIONS FOR ELECTION
In April, the following board positions will be up for re-election: Vice President, Treasurer, Fundraising, and Meet Director. Stacey Harmon (VP), Marianne Schulz (Treasurer), and Mandy Lother (Fundraising) will be on the ballot for re-election. Andi Farladzhov will be stepping down from her role as the Meet Director.
ATHLETIC COMPLEX VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
DFAC has an upcoming opportunity June 6th – 8th to work concessions at the Athletic Complex in DeForest. This was one of our largest fundraising events last year. Please save the date to sign up for shifts. An event will be posted soon in TeamUnify.
DFAC ANNUAL BANQUET
The annual banquet recognizing our swimmers will be held on April 13th at Windsor Elementary School. There will be a potluck sign up in TeamUnify so please watch for updates. The board will also have a quick update on the team, our financials, and vote on any open board positions.
MAY HOME SWIM MEET RAFFLE BASKET DONATIONS
We have not received any donations. If you are interested in helping, please reach out to Mandy via the email below.
The board is now accepting donations for a raffle gift basket to raffle off during the May meet. This will be a fundraising opportunity for the club. Donations can be from local vendors, stores or a donation from families. Currently, we have a Kendra Scott necklace and a soy candle.
