Welcome Coach Chris

Please join us in welcoming Coach Chris to DFAC!  You may have seen him on deck over the past few weeks and we want to officially welcome him to the team.

Here is a note from Coach Chris:

I'm a new coach with DFAC, effective as of the fall of 2025, and I'm flattered to be part of this organization! I love getting kids excited about swimming and focusing on how every meet is about improving yourself.

In the past, I have worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor. When I was younger, I swam competitively for my local middle and high school, and I occasionally participated in some coaching activities with the local YMCA team.

I have been a resident of the DeForest area for over 20 years, where I live with my wife and our two children. One of my children, Jacob, swims for DFAC.
