As we prepare for the IES Champs meet, it's important that all of us are getting plenty of rest.  Rest is always equally as important as work; however, as we approach end of season meets, rest becomes an even bigger priority. First, there are 4 additions/changes to the schedule that was previously emailed out: 1) NO PRACTICE THURSDAY NIGHT, JULY 22 FOR ANY GROUP.  This is due to another Whitworth function. 2) Regional and Age Group practice will end at 6 PM on Wednesday, July 21 & Friday, July 23....

Starlight Recap   SWAT was hot in Wenatchee .    100+ degree weather, cloudless skies, and wild-fires couldn't compare to how our swimmers raced over the weekend.  We had 3 individual High-point winners led 39 swimmers who combined for over 150 best times, 18 team records, and a team 1st place finish at the 2010 Starlight Invitational.  Below are some of the highlights, and a few of the races are up on the SWAT Flo-Swimming page.  Awesome racing SWAT! The summer championship season is fast approaching.  This weekend's meet in Wenatchee is the final meet before Senior Sectionals and Long Course Champs.  That's funny, didn't summer just begin?  Has it even begun, what with all of the clouds and rain? Summer Solstice Re-Cap: We had 60 swimmers start their summers off competing at the brand new Witter Pool.  It was a beautiful sight, not only the brand new facility but the weather too(At least on that day).   Our swimmers raced for over 250 best times, 30 team records and sever first time qualifiers for either Age Group Sectionals, or Zones.
