Dear Members, As we look towards the short course season and seasons to come, New England Swimming is looking for members to join our committees to help pave the future of the organization. Eli Henley, GS, broke the Boys 11-12 100 Yard Breaststroke Record this past weekend with a time of 1:02.55. This breaks the previous record held by Cullen Cushman, SSYS, who swam a time of 1:03.80 last year. Prior to Cullen breaking this record twice last year, the original record found in the NE archives was from 2001. It took 22 years to break that record, and it has now been broken 3 times in a year….. CONGRATULATIONS ELI!

Jonathan Feole-Haughey, CRIM, broke two records over the weekend at USA Futures – Richmond He broke his own 100 Backstroke record that he just set at Seniors with a time of 57.68. His previous record was 57.76 He also broke the 200 Backstroke record twice, originally in prelims and then again at finals. His prelim swim of 2:06.33 broke the previous record of 2:08.22 set by Nathan Delisle ABF back in 2020.
