AARON ZHU Aaron Zhu, from the New Wave Swim Club, was on fire last weekend at the MIT meet, hosted by NSSC. Aaron took down both the NE and the NE-Resident records in the 8 & Under 50 LCM Breaststroke and the 8 & Under 200 LCM Individual Medley. His time of 42.80 in the 50 Breaststroke bettered the previous record, set by Connor Swanson of ABF in 2000, by over a second. USA SWIMMING'S SCHOLASTIC ALL-AMERICA TEAM Each year, USA Swimming recognizes its members who excel both in the classroom and in the pool. The Scholastic All-America Team is made up of high school student-athletes who have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and who have achieved the required time standard in a single event.
