THREE GREAT POOLS—UNDER ONE ROOF!

Our comprehensive training facility, located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, offers year-round state-of-the-art training and features three on-site pools: an 8-lane main competition pool with starting blocks, a 5-lane shallow training pool, and a 4-lane warm-water training pool dedicated to our youngest swimmers (also known as the “Shark Tank”).

The Aquajets Swim Team takes air quality seriously; air quality is critical to the health of our swimmers and coaching staff. As a result, the AAC circulates fresh air over six times per hour through an efficient HVAC system.

The AAC facility also features a private team lounge for training and eventsWiFi internet access for parents/swimmers, and a comfortable viewing area for the Shark Tank, allowing parents to watch their youngest swimmers develop.
SUMMER LONG COURSE METERS OUTDOOR TRAINING

Most Aquajets practice groups swim with the sunrise during our short Minnesota summers with outdoor morning practices at the Edina Aquatic Center’s Olympic-size 8-lane pool. The EAC is located just a few miles away from our home indoor facility at 4300 W 66th Street, Edina, MN 55435.
ON-SITE DRYLAND TRAINING

The Aquajets Aquatic Center in Eden Prairie also features an on-site 11,000 square foot dryland training facility. Dryland training for all practice groups is integrated and intentional; it supports athlete performance and goals, and is led by highly qualified certified professionals for maximum benefit. The dryland program places emphasis on proper strength-training techniques, improving core strength, and working to reduce the possibility of injuries. Emphasis is also placed on the "invisible training" aspects of swimming including sleep, nutrition, proper recovery techniques, mental training, and more.
