IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ADULT ATHLETES/ATHLETES SOON TO TURN 18!
Per USA Swimming requirements, all athletes over 18 MUST complete Safe Sport's Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) training or they will not be allowed to compete.
Athletes turning 18 must complete MAAPP training within 30 days of their 18th birthday.

All USA Swimming member clubs, including Aquajets, are required to implement the USA Swimming Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP).

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SAFE SPORT POLICIES
MUST be signed by every Aquajets' household!
PERMISSION FORMS
A permission form MUST be signed by a legal guardian (or adult athlete if 18 and older) each and every time one of the following situations arise:
- Treatment*
- One-on-one Interaction*
- Share Lodging*
- Local Transportation (carpool)*
Note: This form can be completed one time per season, if a regular carpool with an Applicable Adult is established. This does not apply to parent carpools, only carpools with Applicable Adults. - Team Travel*
