The Aquajets Aquatic Center houses an on-site dryland training facility, directly across the hallway from the pools, that is used exclusively for Aquajets swimmers, ages 9 and older, and Odom Health & Wellness clients.

Dryland training for all practice groups is integrated and intentional, designed to complement the swimmers' pool training, supporting athletes' performance and goals. Aquajets Dryland, powered by Odom Health & Wellness, is led by highly qualified, certified Odom Health & Wellness professionals for maximum benefit. Our dryland program focuses on proper strength training techniques emphasizing the posterior chain, mobility, core strength, and injury prevention. Our one-of-a-kind dryland program also incorporates nutrition and recovery education, which are critical to the performance needs of competitive swimmers.
