GSCY Storm celebrated a successful short course season during its end-of-season banquet at Forest Lodge on Sunday, April 24th. With over 500 swimmers and guests in attendance, the team enjoyed an afternoon of fun, food, and games. GSCY Storm showcased amazing swims throughout the 2022 YMCA Nationals, which was held from March 28th to April 1st at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, NC. With a total of 606 combined points, and out of 170 total teams across the country, GSCY Storm won 2nd place in the overall Combined Team category, its highest placement ever in a short course nationals competition. USA Swimming announced its annual Club Excellence Program rankings, and GSCY is proud to be recognized as a Silver Medal Club for 2022! Coming in with nearly 19,000 season points, GSCY was the highest ranked swim club in New Jersey Swimming.
