Congratulations to Caroline Bozinni-Lukins who has been elected as a 2012-13 Team Captain of Columbia University's Swimming and Diving team. She continues Orinda Aquatics tradition of being recognized for leadership in top collegiate athletic programs around the nation. We couldn't be more proud of her.
OA Alum Eva Erickson elected to study at TCU upon graduating from Campo HS in 2011. Once at the campus, she missed swimming, the discipline, the competition and the comraderie of being part of a team. With direction from their coach, Eva began training hard by herself frequently logging 10,000 yards a day. She has just been asked to formally join the team for the 2012-13 season. Way to persevere Eva!
