Overview

Gold 2 provides an engaging training environment for senior swimmers committed to continued athletic development and competitive participation. This group is ideal for athletes who are focused on strong performances in high school, local PVS Championship meets, and summer league swimming.

In Gold 2, swimmers are encouraged to take ownership of their training by demonstrating personal responsibility and consistent effort. Coaches collaborate closely with athletes to help them develop holistically — balancing success in the pool with excellence in academics and life skills.

Training emphasizes:

  • Refining core stroke techniques
  • Building aerobic and race endurance
  • Developing smart race strategies

Beyond the pool, athletes work on:

  • Time management and accountability
  • Leadership and respect
  • Commitment to team and personal growth

Training Schedule

  • Monday: 4:30-6:15 PM
  • Tuesday: 4:45-6:45 AM
  • Wednesday: OFF
  • Thursday: 4:45-6:45 AM
  • Friday: 4:30-6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 5:30–8:00 AM
