Hello 2024 Wave Families!

We are looking forward to seeing you starting Monday, April 1st, at Whitney High School. 

Practice times can be found here .

Goggles are required for your swimmers. If they have hair past their ears, please have a swim cap for them (we will have limited supplies of RST Caps available for purchase on April 1st). 

Important Follow up Items: 

  • If you haven’t already, register for Nor CA Swim League: This is required to participate in Wave. It is a $20 fee for the entire season (per swimmer). Please register here (“select Rocklin Wave”)

  • Date of Birth Verification: If you did not verify your swimmers date of birth last year, please plan to bring a copy of your swimmers birth certificate to the parent meeting on 4/10. 

  • Team Swim Caps, Spirit Wear, Swimsuits and Equipment: There will be a fitting if you’d like to try on team suits April 15th. Limited supplies of equipment will also be sold. All equipment lists, and the link to our Team Store at Elsmore can be found HERE .

April Events

  • Thursday, April 4th - NO PRACTICE due to Whitney High School Swim Meet. 

  • Wednesday, April 10th, 7:00 pm - Mandatory Parent Meeting will be in the Multi-Purpose room of Whitney High School. NO PRACTICE

  • Monday, April 15th, 5:00pm-7:00pm - Elsmore Fitting for Team Suits. Limited supplies of equipment will also be sold. 

If you don’t have equipment the first week or two, don’t worry! We have key items available for your swimmer to borrow.
