MAVS EMAIL: Week of 4/1

Hey Everyone,

I hope you all had a great spring break! Just a couple of quick notes for this and next week’s schedule. Due to highschool swim meets we will be cancelling practice on Thursday April 4 and Thursday April 11.

Practice Times:

Practice times through the end of the summer can be found here.

No Practice Thursday 4/4 and Thursday 4/11. Unfortunately, both Whitney and Rocklin High School Swim have swim meets and we do not have pool space. These are the only cancellations we anticipate for the spring.  

Team Event - Friday 4/12: All Groups Practice Times 5:45pm-7:15pm

We will have a Team Building Event before our first long course meet. It will include a meet warm-up, relays, games, and pizza.

Upcoming Meets

Splash into Spring (4/13-4/14) - We will be attending the Elk Grove "Splash into Spring" meet NOT the Folsom "Spring Splash" meet. Please be careful when signing up. This meet is expected to sell out. Sign up soon.

Woodland Distance Meet(4/21) – Talk to your coach about what event to sign up for.

Summer Sanders (6/7-6/9)- Meet is now open. List of qualifying times are available on the meet sheet. If you are planning on going you should sign up asap. This meet will fill up.
