Wave Meet at Arden Park:
This weekend, we saw a lot of swimmers drop times and work hard in their relays! The meet went smoothly and it was great all around. Amazing job!

Practice Times:
Starting tomorrow, 6/17, dryland for the 11&ups will be offered 30 minutes before their practice times on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 13&ups will go 7-:7:30am T/R and 11-12s 9-9:30am T/R. If your swimmer can make it, it would be great for them to participate!

No practice 7/4 and 7/5!
