WAVE: WEEKLY EMAIL - Week of 7/15

Hi Wave families!

Sunrise Meet Recap: We ended our last dual meet with a win against the Sunrise Sharks, 426-401! We exhibited good sportsmanship and had some great races. Overall, great meet! I hope this motivates our swimmers to work hard for Champs.

Upcoming Meets: 

Champs: DEADLINE TO SIGNUP IS TONIGHT, Monday, 7/15.

Meet sheet, timeline and other information has been added to the calendar page. Please commit your swimmer and sign up for your 2 volunteer spots.

Meet of Champions (MOC): will be held 8/3-8/4 in Elk Grove. Those who make a qualifying time or any swimmer who places in the top 10 and swims finals at Champs will be able to attend this meet. 

Congratulations to three additional swimmers who have received MOC qualification times:

Carter Anderson, 7-8, 25 Back

Gibson Griffiths, 9-10, 25 Breast

Hayes VanWagenen, 6 & under, 25 Back

Practice Times:

All practice times through the summer can be found HERE. No dryland for 13&ups and 11-12s this week or next to prepare for Champs.

Reminder – the last day of regular practice is 7/26. Only swimmers who qualify for MOC will practice 7/29-8/2.

Information on our Fall Wave Session will be released in the next couple of weeks. Fall Wave will start on 8/19.
