Spirit Week: Begins tomorrow!
We have a ton of fun things planned this week for our last full week of practice before our Championship Meet!
Monday: America Monday – Wear Red, White and Blue. Watermelon Relays!
Tuesday: Sports Tuesday – Wear your Favorite Team. T-Shirt Relays!
Wednesday: Luau Wednesday – Wear Hawaiian. Innertube Relays!
Thursday: Neon Thursday – Wear Neon Colors. Family Picnic in the Park and Color War! 6:30-8:30pm at Breen Elementary School. More Details HERE.
Friday: Spirit Day Friday – Wear Rocklin Swim Team Gear! Otter pop Friday.
Champs: Reminders will be sent out later this week! Thank you to all our parents for filling all our volunteer requirements!
Meet of Champions (MOC): will be held 8/3-8/4 in Elk Grove. Those who make a qualifying time or any swimmer who places in the top 10 and swims finals at Champs will be able to attend this meet.

Season Awards: Event will be held August 6th at 7:00pm at Whitney High School (Multi-Purpose Room). Please click link in title RSVP!
Practice Times:
Reminder – the last day of regular practice is this Friday 7/26.
Only swimmers who qualify for MOC will practice 7/29-8/2.
As of right now, I am thinking practice times for 7/29-8/2 will be 9:00-10:00am. 8&unders will go 9-9:30am, 9-10s go 9-9:45, and 11&up go 9-10am. If anything changes, I will let you know as soon as possible!
Other Reminders:
Information on our Fall Wave Session will be released this week! The Fall Wave Session will start on 8/19.
Make sure your swimmer brings a water bottle to practice!
