Welcome To Fall

Hey Everyone,

I am looking forward to having everyone back in the pool tomorrow! Some quick reminders going into the season:

Schedule

Fall Practice Times can be found here. If there are any additional changes they will be communicated ASAP via email and our Instagram page. One thing we need to be aware of is fires in the area. We will cancel practice any day the air quality is unhealthy.

Please try to arrive to practice 10 minutes early to insure that we can begin practice on time. When practice is at Whitney High please do not enter the pool area until the highschool team has ended practice and enter from the top gate near the blacktop. When practice is at Rocklin High you can wait inside the gate just respect the highschool teams area.

Equipment and Team Apparel: Equipment list by group and team apparel items can be found at the link.

Name Caps: If you would like to place an order for the RST logo caps with a name on it, please email [email protected]. 2 caps for $33. We also have a limited supply of logo caps in stock (without a name). 1 for $13.

Swim Meets

Information on swim meets will come out as they get closer. If this is your first time attending USA swim meets make sure to discuss swim meets with myself or your coach.

Splashtember (9/28-29) is open on OME. We will not be attending the Friday session of the meet.
