Becoming a USA Official
New USA Officials: We require each family to work one timing shift or one official shift at each meet your child participates in. If you are interested in becoming a USA Official, the first training class of the year is September 18th. Please see all the details HERE and contact Sandi at [email protected] with questions and/or to confirm your attendance and interest. A $100 credit will be applied to your Rocklin Swim Team account once you have finished your training. We are also offering $150 in Arena merchandise for all new officials for the 2024-2025 season.
Current USA Officials: The requirements for training have been updated and you will NOT have to attend the basic stroke and turn class this year. Please double check your USA Membership is current (and send your receipt to Kris at [email protected] for a credit for the fees to be applied to your account). Your Athlete Protection Training may also need to be renewed. If you are interested in becoming a Starter, Admin Official or Admin Ref, classes will be offered in September.
