Weekly Email 9/23
Hey Everyone,
This weekend we had our first meet of the season with our Senior and Presenior athletes competing at the WAC Trials/Finals meet. Overall the meet was extremely successful with several swimmers going at least one best time. Looking forward to many more great meets this season.
Practices
Friday 9/27 – WHS Football Game. Parking will be extremely difficult. Please plan accordingly.

Psych sheet and meet timeline are attached at the link. Please sign up for a job assignment.
Look for our RST team tents in the pool area (there is plenty of room for swimmers but if you have multiple family members coming, please plan to bring your own tent and set-up nearby).
Arrive no later than 6:45am. Warmups at 7:00am (coaches will meet swimmers in the RST Team Tent area). Meet starts at 8:00am
Check-in is required only for distance events (400 I.M., 500 Free, 1000 Free and 1650 Free). All other events will be pre-seeded with no check-in required. Heats and Lanes are posted on Meet Mobile (under Splashtember Mixed Meet).
There is no Ready Bench. Please keep close eye on the events and go directly to the blocks in time for your event and heat.
Please wear either a navy blue or white Rocklin Swim Team t-shirt both days.
Spooktacular (10/4-10/6) All Groups – Registration closes 9/26 (or when the meet sells out).
